By downloading or using Gallery Swiper, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Attempt to extract the source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vadim Titko and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Photo Library Access

Gallery Swiper requires access to your photo library to function. By using the app:

• You grant the app permission to read photos from your library for display and analysis
• You understand that photos marked for deletion will be permanently removed upon your confirmation
• You are responsible for reviewing photos before confirming deletion
• We are not responsible for any accidental deletion of photos

Smart Detection Features

The app includes machine learning features to detect blurry, dark, or similar photos. Important:

• These features provide suggestions only and may not be fully accurate
• Always review photos before deleting them
• We are not responsible for photos incorrectly identified by the detection features

Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Updates

We may update the app periodically. We recommend accepting updates for the best experience. We may also discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of photos or data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
