By downloading or using Image to Table, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Attempt to extract the source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vadim Titko and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI Extraction Feature

The AI Extraction feature converts photos of tables into structured spreadsheet data. Important:

• Extraction results are for informational and convenience purposes only
• Extracted data may contain errors; always verify critical data before use
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-extracted data
• The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete output

Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services with their own terms:

Internet Connection

Some features require an internet connection. We are not responsible for the app not functioning fully without internet access. You are responsible for any data charges from your mobile provider.

Updates

We may update the app periodically. We recommend accepting updates for the best experience. We may also discontinue the app at any time without notice.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
