By downloading or using Leaving Home Checklist, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Attempt to extract the source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vadim Titko and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

App Functionality

Leaving Home Checklist is a reminder and organizational tool. By using the app:

• You understand that the app is a reminder tool only, not a guarantee of any action
• You are solely responsible for completing the tasks on your checklists
• We are not liable for any consequences of forgotten items or incomplete tasks
• The app does not replace your personal responsibility and judgment

Photo Confirmation Feature

The app includes an optional photo confirmation feature. Important:

• Photos are stored locally on your device only
• You are responsible for the content of photos you take
• Photos are intended for your personal reference and verification
• We are not responsible for photos taken or deleted through the app

Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• We offer weekly and yearly subscription options

Updates

We may update the app periodically. We recommend accepting updates for the best experience. We may also discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The checklist feature is a convenience tool and should not be solely relied upon for critical safety matters. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any damages resulting from forgotten items or incomplete checklists.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
